I agree with your assessment of the significant de-risking that has happened over the last 5 years, so much so that I believe the biggest risk right now is for some deep pocketed multinational to come knocking with a 100% takeover offer at say $2 per share. I do not want to be taken out by an offer that is touted as a "100% premium over the average price of the last 20 trading days" as these low ball opportunistic bidders usually crow.

I want to be holding this stock as a long term shareholder when it hits $10 and starts paying out dividends for the next 30 years.
