Verde AgriTech Ltd is an agricultural technology company that produces potash fertilizers. The principal activity of the Company is the production and sale of a multi-nutrient potassium fertilizer marketed in Brazil under the brands K Forte and BAKS, Silicio Forte, and internationally as Super Greensand (the Product). Its technologies are Cambridge Tech, 3D Alliance, MicroS Technology, N Keeper, and Bio Revolution.

Stan is big enough and ugly enough to fight his own battles, nevertheless, I will shout his corner...... I spoke to him on the day of the 'share suspension' and he was in good form. 

We caught up on each other's recent strategies and, unless he is a barefaced liar (which I massively doubt having spoken to him on many occasions and as his whole background smacks of integrity), he is in this for the long haul..... his strategy is his business but I would amazed if he had done anything more than top slice or sold a trading pot on the highs and bought on the lows.....

For transparency I sold 15% of my holding at $5.25 (having bought warrants in March 2021)
