New to NPK

New to NPK

I'm new here. But this looks like a cracking project.

As far as I can see it's a pretty simple pitch:
1. A mineral type right in the middle of a market that needs it.
2. The mineral's price was going up a lot pre the recent war, which has just made things more urgent.
3. The project is already in production for a good couple of years now, so through that tricky "just starting phase".
4. Only small amounts of additional capex are required for big production and cash flow increases.
5. Economic returns look strong with a normal KCL price. But and for the next couple of years the company will make super profits.

Sounds good to me. What's not to like? What have I missed?
