Hi Stan.

It has been a while, I hope you are well.

So what do you think one can draw from this information? That Plant 2 is still not being used, and Plant 1 is being maxed out? And is this the old road that is solely being used (given that it is unpaved) and the new problem road is still not being used? Apologies for not understanding fully!
