The situation with the 2.5Mt concession in Feb 2022 was far worse in terms of the timing of the press release.

The enviro licence for the 2.5Mt was awarded 22nd Dec 2020 and covers only two mine properties i.e. 833.323/2008 and 830.383/2008.
A mining concession for 833.323/2008 was granted by MME 10th May 2021 well before Feb 2022.
The mining concession for 830.383/2008 was granted by MME 8th Feb 2022, that was the trigger for Verde press release 10th Feb 2022 regarding 2.5Mt concession.
So in that situation Verde had 2 days to write the press release.
