Verde AgriTech Ltd is an agricultural technology company that produces potash fertilizers. The principal activity of the Company is the production and sale of a multinutrient potassium fertilizer marketed in Brazil under the brands K Forte and BAKS, and internationally as Super Greensand (the Product). Overall, the new team is impressive. I believe they're going to make a meaningful impact although it may take several quarters to notice their effect. I also appreciate the measured growth plan, setting their sites on achievable sales targets, with everyone working toward that goal.

However, I've never seen an investor day with no Q&A. In fact I'd say it's a complete oxymoron - the whole damn point of an investor day is to interact with your investors via Q&A. On that particular front this investor day was a monumental failure. Whether true or not, the optics of such a decision are that Cris just wants to avoid difficult questions.
