Thanks Janota, that is excellent news. I am not sure that the Company makes a point of putting out a news release when they file for a permit, rather when they receive the eventual approval. I hope in this case they might chose to release the fact that it has been filed and that the ANM now have all the submissions necessary to consider and approve a Full Mining Licence for what is a huge jump in

In addition to current permits Verde now has been granted an Env permit for 2.5 million tonnes, with another Env permit for 2.5 million tonnes pending approval. Mining permits wise they now have, aside from the currently granted permits, 2.5 million tonnes pending approval with this latest submission

I would also like the question asked if there are specific agricultural crops targeted with BAKS and it's addition of sulfur. Maybe that's already been said. I inquire because it's my limited understanding that sulfur is very important for a plants ability to create oils, and soy beans/soy bean oil is

Unfortunately Verdes summary of permits provided in the monthly news letters does cause some confusion regarding mine status. Hence your questions? Verde have only one (1) fully permitted mine ie: Mine Pit 1 - ANM tenement 833.289/2008, Concessao de Lavra (mining concession) - with an environmental licence for 233ktpa (max) extraction allowance. I thought it strange myself when the environmental licence for 2.5Mtpa was across only two of the original 12 tenements. If you remember the Copam vote was 11 for and only 1 against. I check the minutes of the meeting and it appears that one objection was because of the dramatic increase 100ktpa to 2,500ktpa may set a precedent.
