Discount to NAV

It's ridiculous and basically means thta we have to wait 5 years to get the NAV back and collect our distribution with this eye sore in the mean time.

NAV is 14.50$ and market at 12.50$.... discount to NAV is an embarassement to Nonepoint credibilty.  Ths issue is thin and no market maker.  Shame on them and the Syndicate composed of everyone on  the streat for only  being fee collectors.

If you can get a hold of this at $12.50, you would be getting a 11.5% yield paid monthly on a conservative covered call option strategy on top shelf Canadian companies. It may not be trade a ton, but I just want to buy and hold anyway and colllect my monthly income. I like these under followed securities that slip through the cracks and offer great opportunity. only idiots sell below NAV in my ...more

Unhinged from it's underlying asset and illiquid until 2029.  Does'nt reflect the value of the underlying asset because of illiquidity.

Ninepoint manages over 7B in funds.  This one product that has a market cap of 20M and no liquidity whatsoever is damaging for their reputation.  I know for one that I will never consider any of their products until they fix this one.  It should be locked in for 5 years instead of showing such a market disfunction between NAV and market.  It's an eye sore in the portfolio ...more
