  Maybe it's was only you and me and  few other people that added today.  ( Super low volume as usual ).     

Actually maybe just us 2 adding looks like others selling.

Great dividend I see alot of upside here it just may take a few quarters play out.

Once people realize it's the third largest residential REIT in Canada.   

 I will keep adding to this one anywhere under $12.

Feel stock price is very undervalued.....
