Yes, the entire reit sector is rallying because it's been destroyed in the last year.

this reit has very low trading volume and has been totally ignored. It is a great time to pick up some of this.

It has not gone along for the ride.

this is almost all residential apartments, all over Canada, and extremely undervalue at the moment. 

time to buy!   Great yield !

No rush, I will wait Q3 results .Need to know what is AFFO payout, occupancy, liquidity and cash position ,debt situation.From previous experience, Drimmer and Co. used artificial high distribution like bait for some investor. Now, CEO  T.Cook more independent from them.but he is responsible for previous fiasco too.

Because of the concessions to Yellowknifers during the wildfires Q3 results likely will not be a true indication of the AFFO going forward. This is likely a 2024 story insofar as numbers as no analysts are covering it presently. I am expecting some coverage then and of course more exposure. Additionally, the market cap and EV should be corrected to reflect the true size of NRR and its’ potential ...more

I opened for a while small position 10.8 CAD (gave a second chance for T.Cook) in my high yeld speculation portfolio.While T .Cook was at helm with NPR.UN they increased distribution regulary and were Dividend Aristocrat, but after invasion Drimmer with his TN.UN everything goes sour. I need confirmation situation turn around. For high yeld and safe distribution I can get Allied or some ...more

Be very hard,  nearly impossible to find a apartment reit with 10 percent yield,  trading 6.5 times AFFO,  and 55 percent discount to NAV.

100% agree that this is totally overlooked reit.  (   residential apartment reit )   it's smaller it's totally overlooked. It's already cut the dividend in the restructuring.   Wait for the next quarterly earnings! it's a buy !!  Almost the entire riets sector has been thrown in the trash.   interest rates won't stay this high forever ...more
