RE:Reit sector rallies. This one’s totally ignored.!!No rush, I will wait Q3 results .Need to know what is AFFO payout,

occupancy, liquidity and cash position ,debt situation.From previous experience,

Drimmer and Co. used artificial high distribution like bait for some investor.

Now, CEO  T.Cook more independent from them.but he is responsible for

previous fiasco too.
