They need 25 M More so at what price Financing will be done A BucK or More ???  seems like Not many retail investors are in this stock ,,The way this stock has been crashed not many tears here.

My reading of it is that they need $25million and that they have $17.6 million so they are short $7.4 million.Note also that the $25 million includes a buffer of $9 million working capital. That should cover ongoing costs/operating costs in the interim. They are also starting to ship Tantalum in June which I estimate will generate  $1 million plus from the first off-take agreement.Note that

In the second news release they mentioned: "The Company intends to ramp-up the production from500,000lbs of contained Ta2O5 to the full rate of 600,000lbs ofcontained Ta2O5 per annum by the end of the year." I'm not quite sure what this means.... are they currently @500k/yr? If so they are definitely @profitability.

Production is 140,000 lbs/year now ramping up to 600,000lbs by year end. Looks like a gradual ramp up. My guess is they dont get to 500,000lbs till later in the year.
