You are correct that every NM shareholder is getting 0.84x NUMI share for each one of their NM shares. In the end it won't matter which price the NM shares were trading at. What'll matter from now on is how wel NUMI shares hold. If it's $0.365 a piece, then NM shareholders are getting $23M worth at this current time, but things will evolve with time. I personally think it's a good move to merge, because both companies will put their resources in common and drive cost reductions, which are TOTALLY needed to make this profitable. Good luck!
