Its Montney Formation is a shale gas and shale oil resource. The Montney formation in the Wapiti area is a thick (200m+) section of hydrocarbon-charted fine-grained reservoir found at depths ranging from 2,500-3,500m.

Sure reads that way on the pou board posts from you! Lol!  So pou are genius buyers of a fantastic company at a super cheap price then right?

No liquidity, no insider ownership, that banks keep cutting their exposure and NVA's bankline, and NVA management has no skin in the game. This stock is as dead as a door nail, and people should be hoping paramount makes an offer in the mid 70's.
