NuVista Energy Ltd. is an oil and natural gas company, which is engaged in the exploration for, and the development and production of, oil and natural gas reserves in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin. Its primary focus is on the scalable and repeatable condensate rich Montney formation in the Alberta Deep Basin (Wapiti Montney). Its core operating areas of Wapiti and Pipestone in the Montney formation are located near the City of Grande Prairie, Alberta, approximately 600 kilometers northwest of Calgary. Its Montney Formation is a shale gas and shale oil resource. The Montney formation in the Wapiti area is a thick (200m+) section of hydrocarbon-charted fine-grained reservoir found at depths ranging from 2,500-3,500m.

I don't thats correct. Paramount news of the nuvista share purchase was end of September. Ninepoint is still showing 10.44% ownership in their fund as of Oct.31st. Also please see link: https://m.marketscreener.com/quote/stock/NUVISTA-ENERGY-LTD-1411073/company/ Shows 8 million shares owned by Nuttal. Ink research interestingly also indicates GMT still has their shares. Lastly, ceo Jonathan Wright owns about 770,000 shares + I think 40k in notes so he does have skin in the company, despite what some might want you to believe. Would be happy to know what ninepoints evaluation is considering holding such a large number of shares... GLTA
