RE:RE:Cnq tactics

RE:RE:Cnq tacticsIt sounds like the odd are against NVA,

How hard would it be to buyout management?

While the CFO owns 100,000 shares he got for free give him another 100,000
The CEO owns a million shares, most of them given to him.              1,000,000

That 1.1 million to double up management and get them to sell the company.

Sound pretty cheap to me, that what happens when management is not really aligned with the share holders.

By the way time for a new CFO

Mkt cap 223 million
bonds    220 million
CDE        40 million
total       483 million

Banks less then 400 million in loans,  with all this share holder value ahead of them, and they are calling the shots. What a joke, time for a new CFO in my opinion. Then they would not have to hedge their opportunity away, they would have someone soldid to represent the company.

IMHO
