Nuvista selling office furniture and relocating employees

It looks like Nuvista is ready to make the move and under the POU umbrella for the second largest condensate producer in the province. Only VII generations will be bigger, however POU will definitely get an upgrade and be the premium producer with the best assets in Canada.

NVA + POU = a stock with a 35 dollar handle on it.

If Paramount buys Nuvista it will not be good for many here. They would probably do a share swap and that usually doesn't end well for the share price.

I don't think the shareholdres will vote it in at this low price (again IF) . There are rules to follow. Once they get to 20% and they make an offer , it will have to go to a vote.

Yeah fair enough. As others pointed out any offer between the current sp and $1 seems most likely. Whether or not you guys accept any offer is another issue altogether (personally I'm not really a nuvista shareholder mostly paramount though I have a few nva)

average would make it about 88 cents, and if Paramount gets a hold of 200$mil, then that is what it would cost to buy all shares..... but mind you they already own 17%

Riddells owned Tet at the time of the merger.
