After reading the commentary the last day or two re potential NVA buyout prices (some have suggested $.80-$1.00), I was think about the NVA management team share holdings.
Unless they received zero cost shares/options years ago, how much stock would they actually own at prices under $1.00? I'm thinking not much...
At first blush most shares/options were granted at prices way above current levels and are worthless.
What's in it for them to sell at such a low price? Survival? A desk job at the new firm? There wouldn't be a huge payday.
Perhaps I'm completely wrong!!
