Handing out NVA shares

Rumour has it that POU will be handing our NVA shares for free to there shareholders.

1 Free NVA share for every 3 POU shares a person owns.

I guess their is a risk it could change however, if pou buys the rest of NVA they could be handing out 2 NVA shares for every POU shares.

However it to complicated, POU just owns to many NVA shares and will pass it on as a dividend, that is my guess.

IMHO

A non sequitur is when a conclusion does not follow from the premise .For what reason would Paramount acquire all the share of Nuvista only to distribute them to their shareholders? If this is truly a rumour, I would highly suggest you seek a better source.

By the way Nuvista shares are now $0.99 versus the price of $ 0.61 they paid on October 1.

Those .99 cent shares will go a long way to drilling and completing a few more wells for POU.  Thanks to NVA folks. IMHO

Maybe we will all be able to do a little more drilling (well nearly all)

This one makes less sense than the dividend idea.

I wonder if you are purposely oblivious or if if it comes naturally? You can't just start a rumor and expect it to be credible, it has to make sense. You, sticky fingers, make no sense. There is absolutely no reason pou would distribute their nva shares as a dividend after just buying a huge block. Even more clueless is the idea pou would buy all of nva and then dividend out all the shares.
