Hi folks
I'm a retired ex-financial analyst who likes to poke my nose around undervalued companies. I rarely get involved with juniors, but I was introduced to NVA by someone who told me that NVA might be worth looking into.
The financials are easy to figure out, but there is more to a company than financials.
I would be grateful for any meaningful input about who is who and what has been going on. In other words, what is good and what is bad about the company that doesn't show up in the financials. Please don't waste my time with agendas or vendetta's or any of the other cr*p that shows up on SH.
TIA

Where do you get $1B in debt?? I get total debt at the end of 2020 expected to be approximately $590m from the November 2020 pdf presentation. $370m in the credit facility plus the $220m senior debt. Far cry from $1B.

I said liabilities; not debt. Liabilities include aro and other liabilities. I got ~$800 mm in debt as of September 30th. If it's changed since then, then thank you for correcting me. I'll check into it and update my post of its wrong, but I went based off their September 30 statements total liabilities.

Ok Gotcha. Debt could well have been $800m end of September, I am not sure but if it was, then $590m end of December would be a darn good reduction for 1 quarter. I get the $590m from page 12 in November corporate presentation.

Maxmoe you should spend some time getting to know Marner16 . His background is similar to yours and he has been the author of some excellent posts on CNRL and ENB etc. I really think posters here should appreciate the value of a retired financial analyst. Freed from the corporate chains they become invaluable to us.
