This view refutes part of Nuttal's frequently repeated thesis, namely that US shale is no longer a factor and we are in an oil super cycle. I remember the last OIL run we had some who were touting "it's different this time" .. "OIL had reached peak production". End result was they discovered fracking and OIL price came tumbling down. moral of story
