when oil sells off, it typically does not do so in a fashion that enables everyone in the trade to see what is coming and get to the sidelines.  Losing money is miserable for those caught in a state of disbelief when they see their investments tank.

IMHO, maintaining a strong dose of skepticism in ones investments is healthy, especially when dealing with hot money and oil.

So can I ask what you believe will cause a huge sell off in oil?  I don't see it.  Biden and the Dems in charge till Nov/24, no signs of any ceasefire, probably more sanctions coming than lessening, OPEC + has Russia in it so no reason to pump more to lower prices, vacation driving season coming,  a call for 20 hurricanes this summer (4th most in history),  still many ...more
