Shareholders right now very much need to know that management has their backs !!

IF they really wanted to have shareholders backs, they could have easily kept the share price neutral amidst the carnage today.  Wouldn't that have sent a strong message to the Quant/Algo traders. I believe Carjack has it ...  they will support the price when insiders have more skin in the game.  Hope I'm wrong and cynicism does not prevail !

I do believe that management cares about us, otherwise why have they taken so many steps not only to improve our lot, but also to explain what they hope to achieve ? However there is an irrational fear in the marketplace . Every time I see fear, I think the cure is knowledge !  There are rules for NCIB s. Those rules (and guidelines ) are really meant to protect against market manipulation

Disagree. It's a sector wide selloff. The sp would have dropped regardless as more sellers would have appeared.
