Any ideas of what price NVEI will end up if a private transaction materializes?

But if it doesn't, will sp drop back to low $30s (and butterfart will crawl out of the sh** hole once again)?

All the experts out there on this board, what will the FMV of NVEI be if a private takeover does happen?

My opiinion is that a fair price would be 20 times next years EPS. I see the estimates for next year to be $2.61 US, so a fair price is $52 US. I don't know if we will get that.

Well, well, well... it's valued at only 13 times, not 20 times. And it is being traded even below the takeover price of US$34.  People don't see the value of NVEI, given the fact that Advent has not valued NVEI as much either, I guess.
