No matter what you believe, it's worth a read. It mentions Eric Sprott, Sumitomo and other interested/involved parties.

The other thing I was trying to share is that following discovery(ies) and the corresponding rise in share price comes the 'boring phases'  of feasability study and mine development. The share price generally retreats before rising again toward the end of the development period and mine startup.
