That means to me it would be a wise move the sit tight and not sell until Kirkland buys those accelerated warrants at $12 CAD. 

A year out, it's likely the KL/NVO friendly merger would have happened which will help both companies to fend off takeovers from outside. The united entity will then have a chance to evolve into a much bigger player.
