My biggest takeaway from the BM article is that NVO/SGS have been inexperienced at best and incompetent at worst in processing the bulk samples. Funny how one hears what one wants to hear. I guess that is mainly what I heard because I've been saying exactly that since late May: Efficiency in processing the bulk samples has been sacrificed, foolishly, imho, in a quest for optimizing accuracy, and the stock price has been punished accordingly. It may be as simple as that. Am I wrong?
