RE:A Special 1yr Birthday for NVO and KL

Interesting that the Sumitomo deal was exercuted 2 months before KL bought in for $56 million. KL certainly protected itself with the anti-dilution clause. Now the only question is has the Sumitomo study been completed to both parties satisfaction.
