Sumitomo would have acquired this Beatons Creek by now if they would have been interested. It was a simple MOU and they are not interested in a low grade (about 4 times lower than Wits) mineral resource that at this point we don't even know if valid as they were supposed to bulk sample it to validate their drill results etc hence their resource estimate.
