RE:RE:Beaton's Creek Production

RE:RE:Beaton's Creek ProductionI presume there wouldn't be too much competition to Novo's bid for the mill... how long do u think it would take to get this MOY issue sorted out..? Are we talking about weeks or months..?

Cheers,

There may be a little more desired from MOY than just the mill (which is an obvious focus).

The value of an asset in receivership is not so much recovering the original costs (next to no chance of that), but to offload the asset at the best price and eliminate any future costs.  The "lipstick on a pig" strategy.

And the lipstick includes a formula for positive economics that were not attainable for MOY in its current state.  A mill deal may need to be sugar coated with other prospective assets that MOY no longer has any finanical capacity to pursue or develop.

So, specific to a mill:  It's value to Novo will be defined by ore feed and respective gold output.  And that's what NVO must stand firm upon:  an asset package that will ensure maximum utility of all lemons offered for sale at the MOY Receivership Lemonaide Stand.
