Novo is going to pay between $75 and $100 million for the mill and tenement rights (IMO which I freely admit could be bullsh!t). If Novo does and Sumitomo foots the bill, then Sumitomo is going to want 40 percent if not 50 percent. It gets to the point where the stock price value is so diluted that the share price can't go up much. I'm glad I don't own this stock. The people who run it have mortgaged the future away to Sumitomo.
