What's a little more mysterious (and masked) are the pro-rata investors of this PP.  

We'll see how much cut back the retail investors experience when the placement is closed at whatever amount it ends up.

Assumptions on who is interested and who is not are all premature at this point.  That's how these things work.

Hi Tx, told you it would cost over $100 million but you already knew that I suppose.  Did MOY's illegal use of water come up during the negotiations?  I never heard back from you on how you knew about the water issue but I've already concluded that you're a Novo insider.  But it's all good.  Your posts are great.
