Precipitation or hydrothermal?Any comments or discussion regarding the possibility or perhaps even the probability that the precipitation theory may not apply to conglomerate gold in the Pilbara, and that it may have been originally sourced from more traditional hydrothermal vein systems such as DeGrey's Hemi discovery and gold in the Yilgarn Craton to the south of the Pilbara? If so, implication regarding distribution? If not, what further support has emerged for the precipitation theory, if any, since QH first suggested it?
