Not really, it's actually a common profile that is mandatory for all:

One thing that will not be required are f-ucking English teachers, advocates of the fine arts, and spell checkers. And possibly a Village Idiot or two, to entertain the work crews and serve lemonade.
Seeing that this gig is all in Australia, it should not be an issue meeting these fundamental requirements.
