in case lots of new sharerholders it will raise liquidity, which is not literaly bad. maybe a take out becomes more difficult as well (makes it  more expensive)...

at the end, all dependes on something.
sumitomo has no shares at all. what you thnk it means if they buy the shares. it will be a big big kicker...
