BOOK TO ARRIVE FEB 6-12 - GOOD TO KNOW

Amazon said the book will be delivered between February 6 and 12.

Since Mr. Moriarty said he would have the book out at the "same time" [paraphrasing] that the first dore bar is poured, can we conclude the pouring might occur RIGHT AFTER February 12?
