it would Be nice. They may. This Management team does seem to like to be at lower payouts then most reits. I remember when they were in the 50% per true north acquisition. And I like their prudence. Especially in a perma housing Bull market . 8% current dividend is great. I prefer balance sheet prudence or higher dividends. Glte
