there dividend is not increasing. They are cleaning up the balance sheets from the true north acquistion.

I own alot of shares so it would be nice. But I am willing to be patient to get a higher grade company with a clean balance sheet.

Once we hit 40% level on debt we will see an increase. We are currently at 55% i believe.

Patience. Not that a 6.4% dividend is bad or nothing. You are getting paid to wait. And the stock is up 27% this year. Aparently they know what they are doing. ,
