RE:Interest RatesI doubt that a 0.25% drop in Canadian rates would do very much, as I would expect any capital transaction to originate in the US with US funding.  Although rates may decline in token amounts in Canada, there is little reason for this to happen given the sad state of affairs in the economic picture.

I sense that given the passage of time, an asset sale (or combination) is the more likely scenario, one that would not reward shareholders as much as an outright sale of the Company.

I hope I am wrong, but one needs to remove the rose tinted glasses and look at what is happening out there.  Not a strike against NWH, as I think management has done a good job, but it is a hostile world out there...
