Not what I was looking for..

Wanted a hostile bid but guess I'll have to suffer with a $5 unit price for a bit. The big transactions aka Brazil and US are still up in the air with supposed interest.  

Hopefully this dividend cut isn't a tactic to sell the reit for cheap later. 

Obviously the news was leaked last Friday and someone exited their position. Such a scam

You'd think that a class action was justified ... but it never, ever seems to happen in the Canadian REIT sector. Either Canadians are too complacent or Canadian REITs are too small to interest the "ambulance chasers" that launch class action initiatives. A good example of this is the Slate Office REIT. The conmen Welch Bros who run SLAM ... always for their advantage not the ...more
