Treading
We are still treading water here until the interest rates start dropping. Not much fun waiting but that is the situation we are currently in. But relief is on the way in the new year.

Relief...not necessarily. Fed needs to pivot, and they want to play hardball or leave it to the 13th hour. Longer term rates have eased financial conditions already
