Was the same guy that didn't want to start raising rates when they were at all-time lows.   

let's just say if you look him up and his history doesn't have a very good track record of predicting anything..   

They just like talking out both sides of their mouth to not have the market takeoff to dramatically..    it's been the same game for more than a year.   

Frankie it's probably short or doesn't even own the shares...
