Can't remember if I thanked Frank007 for letting his shares go, as well as the others so that I could do some adding. Over the remaining time of this year this should provide a decent return. Yes, they're under strain like many other Riets but they own fundamentally excellent properties, under longterm lease agreements and are working their way through it. Powell and Macklin should help ease some of that strain going into the fall.
