REIT investors are racing for the exits

Definitely the most vicious drop since the March 2020 covid crash.

yup. higher rates = higher cost of capital = pressure on NAV REIT div yields also being repriced higher = lower share prices banking syndicates will be sharpening their proverbial pencils re: leverage covenants for some of these REITs NWH, however, seems in decent shape, even with spectre of recession looming.  will do better than many others imo. good luck.

The herd panicking is evident here...I believe this is a good time to invest as many reits are now cheaper....JMHO!
