Let me save you and Curvers a bunch of money. The design basis should focus on the diesel as an option. With Syncrude next door in Fort Mc; they have a diesel plant (plant 14), Kearl has a diluent line that is supplied from the south and, Suncor has a Tankfarm with its new Oilsands Plant.....backup power for N BC Gas Plants is diesel. Check on the all weather road status being discussed between La Louche and Fort Mc.
