The answer is quite logic, because I can by an operate a gasoline engine, without permit, for 100 bucks. I cannot do the same with a nuclear reactor. That is why uranium is so cheap. If uranium engine were available to run my land mower, trust me the pound would propably cost 20 000$, maybe more.
