RE:CanSiamcypHi SuperDude:

First of all - don't be afraid to post on the CHE bullboard. There are a lot of nutters there, but you just put them on ignore and proceed to read the relevant and useful posts.

Re Chemtrade: I have 25,633 units in RRSP and TFSA accounts. Some were bought in 2018 and 2019 before the unit price tanked. However, I added a lot at around $4 per unit when the market tanked in March 2020. Thus, our ACBs are below $7.70 so at current prices we are -5.5% on the ACB. I am happy to hold with the expectation that the management will get their shite together in a year or so and the unit price may rise modestly as a result. I don't agree with some who project prices greater than $12 per unit in the future - I would be content with $10.  Would I buy more units at current prices yielding 8.25%? No cuz I already have about 2% of our portfolio in CHE.UN. However, if the long anticipated market correction arrives - and you can anticipate that when that happens CHE will drop by a greater %age than the market index - I might consider adding more to reduce the ACB further. For what it's worth, analysts have issude price targets ranging from $6.25-$11.00 during 2021 - so there is a wide divergence of opinion re the future value of the company. Cheers!

SuperDude2 wrote: looking at your posting history it appears you own another stock i have an interest in, a certain Chemical Company which seems to be trying to make a move as of late. i am hesitant to mention the name and i dont feel confortable posting on its board as it seems this is one of those sites that the group i mentioned seem to control , making fun and attacking those that do own. Obviously they dont so i dont know why they are there. i read your post from August on the Banks take , maybe you could expound on your views , as i am very interested , maybe on that board or in a PM. l apologize to others for asking a question unrelated to NXR
