Positive advice SuperDude - except for the fact that I do not recall ever having a falling out on a StockHouse bulletin board nor do I know the pseudonym of the person you refer to since you have not mentioned the name. Since we do not use our real names, I think that we are well protected by anonymity!

As an aside, the very best  advice that I received in recent years from a fellow SH poster (by the pseudonym of "sotypical") arose from his somewhat casual comment that REIT values were so volatile and that is why he preferred to invest (millions!) in private REITs. I asked for specific details, and he shared the name of the company and his preferred contact within the company. It was such an excellent tip and I now have our (almost) 20% allocation to private equity split across 4 funds managed by that company. In communication with the contact person, we actually figured out who sotypical was - based on his gruff communication style and extremely colourful language. Sadly, sotypical has disappeared from the SH fora for many months now!
