RE:Results look good as expectedMore aquisitions coming so the pipeline continues.

The payout ratio will be higher until income from the aquisitions gets added and may continue as they add more properties. That's to be expected in a early growth phase. 

I appreciate a very aggressive management. In this market enviroment you want a management like this that moves quickly and has networked so well that they have properties they are buying off the open market.

By next year we will be very close to 100% Industrial which is where you want to be.

And the bigger market cap you get the more interest and investment you get from the big institutions.

And as has been mentioned the yield is the lowest of the Industrial reits. And with WPT bought this year there are only so many options out there. This is a very good one IMHO.
