Nov 29 BNN Real Estate focused - Andrew MoffsFigured I would post the link and a couple points since this isnt the only REIT. Nexus was not discussed but Moffs touched on: real estate tends to do well with inflation; high levels of property acquisition or M/A in the past year. A recomendation is an example of a serial acquiror Interrent (apartments) re-iterates a prior point I have made about the value of properties in the private market vs publically listed.
